黃姓男子2在網路聊天室找援交，隨便找到1名網友劈頭就問：「我可以舔妳嗎？」、「老鱷(二)硬幫幫(邦邦)了！」對方回應：「一次3000」男子興奮的問：「可以用包包換嗎？」由於對話紀錄全都露，遭到警方網路巡查送辦，但黃姓男子出庭時，才知道原來對方是「男兒身」，新北市地檢署認定他邀約、散布性交易訊息，日前依違反《兒童及少年性交易防制條例》起訴。

據媒體報導，黃性男子因為不是設定「私密聊天」傳訊給網友，所以一連串的淫詞浪語在網頁上全都露，被台中市警方網路巡查發現，循IP位址查到2人送辦。

網友供稱，自己沒有說是女生，黃男卻莫名其妙PO出一連串淫穢文字和要求，他隨便敷衍就不理會。黃男則是出庭，從檢察官口中得知對方是男兒身，他辯稱沒有犯意，只是亂聊天，不是真的要找援交。

檢方認定，黃男的淫穢發言，已達到《兒少性交易防制條例》「散布、播送或刊登足以引誘、媒介、暗示或其他促使人為性交易」的構成要件，刑責為5年以下。 由於，黃男欠缺犯意所以獲得不起訴。
