餿油持續爆 黑橋牌5產品又中鏢

台南市衛生局今天針對強冠24項含豬油產品流向，稽查10間通路商及餐飲業，其中好帝一紅蔥肉燥因使用「全桶香醇豬油」遭封存，另外，黑橋牌精製肉酥、海苔肉酥、紅麴黑豬肉酥及自用販售的糯米腸、東山休息站大熱狗等共5項產品都已下架回收。

衛生局指出，黑橋牌公司購入強冠公司精製豬油452桶、全統香豬油37桶、清芳油80桶。精製豬油主要添加於其精製肉酥（彩色袋小：130g、彩色袋大：225g、小罐:170g、大罐:270g）、海苔肉酥（彩色袋小：130g、彩色袋大：225g、小罐:170g、大罐:270g）、紅麴黑豬肉酥（彩色袋小：130g、彩色袋大：200g、小罐:170g、大罐:270g）及自用販售之糯米腸等共四項產品，該產品僅於黑橋牌門市販售均已下架回收，並接受消費者退貨，另購買的清芳油僅於東山休息站門市大熱狗裹粉做油炸油使用，並未添加於產品內。
