仁川亞運 南韓禁揮舞北韓旗

南韓大檢察廳和統一部等相關單位決定，在仁川亞運會期間，禁止南韓國民揮舞北韓「人共旗」加油助威或在網上登載、散佈人共旗。

南韓政府決定，仁川亞運會期間，只允許在賽會運營和比賽所需的有限範圍內，懸掛和攜帶北韓人共旗。因此，只有賽場、頒獎儀式現場和亞運村內，可以懸掛人共旗，而且只有北韓選手，可以在賽場內，以助威為目的攜帶並使用人共旗。由於北韓拉拉隊不參加亞運會，因此將不會看到賽場觀眾席上，揮舞人共旗的情景。但是，北韓選手可以使用人共旗加油助威。

至於南韓國民和外國人，則不允許在賽場內外，攜帶或揮舞北韓人共旗。如果違反這一規定，南韓檢方將適用違反「國家保安法」罪，予以刑事處罰。（王長偉首爾報導）
