台餿水油禍延上海 八千餘件商品遭下架

上海市食品藥品監督管理局（簡稱「食藥監局」）9日透過官方微博指出，上海共發現並下架來自台灣受「地溝油」波及的問題食品約8,700件（袋）。

上海食藥監部門要求相關企業切實履行食品安全責任，如銷售涉及台灣食品都必須提供合格證明，違者將依法承擔法律責任。

根據上海食藥監局微博上訊息，在台灣發生「問題油」事件後，上海食藥監局就高度重視，9月6日通知相關企業自查，根據相關媒體報導和質檢部門公布的問題食品予以下架，同時出動500多名執法人員開展全市核查，共發現並下架問題食品約8700件（袋）。
