推公民獨木舟 柯文哲:小額募款兼動員

無黨籍台北市長候選人柯文哲今天首度在吉林路競選總部召開記者會，首場記者會即推出「公民獨木舟計畫」，透過千元小額捐款贈送競選背包的方式，讓公民浮出檯面成為柯文哲競選團隊的宣傳小尖兵。

柯文哲表示，公民獨木舟計劃就是全民參與的概念，既有小額募款也有動員的功能，不再讓選舉都是少數財團包辦。柯文哲也說，網路出現讓直接民主變成可能，公民參與和審議政治很重要，選舉不是當選後才開始，會在選舉過程中慢慢帶進新的概念。

競選背包中包含機車反光貼紙、公民獨木舟身分證 、競選文宣品一份、教戰手冊和T恤一件。
