警察工作層出不窮　還可化身消防隊

警察工作除了抓壞人、維持交通，緊急時還會變身消防員。台北市士林分局永福派出所警員，上個月26日下午突然有名劉姓婦人神情緊張跑進派出所，氣喘吁吁的說，自己的貨車在派出所對面燒起來了。
 
當時正在值班的溫姓警員，立即拿起所內的滅火器衝到對面，發現民眾的貨車已經冒出火煙，溫姓警員即打開滅火器嘗試滅火，並趕緊通知所內其他同事另外再找滅火器來幫忙，附近商家也打119向消防隊求助。溫姓警員連續噴了4瓶滅火器後，雖將貨車的火勢打熄，但是濃煙仍不斷冒出，直到消防隊趕到後以水柱射水才徹底將火煙撲滅。劉婦對於警員的應變深表感激，直呼「原來警察也會打火！」（陳建緯／台北報導）
