提親後反悔失聯　落跑新郎判賠25萬元

新竹擔任美容師的34歲羅姓女子，前年認識小她8歲的陳姓男子，2人熟識後談姊弟戀，去年陳男提親後，卻突然避不見面，違反婚約，羅女因此情緒憂鬱身體暴瘦，氣得向落跑新郎陳男求償精神撫慰金200萬元。法官認為，陳男確實違約應賠30萬元給羅女，但羅女事後狂打電話，陳男也飽受騷擾，羅女也得賠5萬元給陳男，相抵後陳男須賠羅女25萬元。
 
羅女指控，她和陳男前年認識，10月間開始交往，年底陳男父母就在媒人陪同下來家裡提親，雙方長輩都同意，講好等新房屋裝潢好後就結婚，陳男還答應要挑選結婚日期，不料去年3月開始，陳男避不見面，6月還搬離原來住處。
 
慘遭新郎悔婚的羅女，情緒低落又失眠，引發憂鬱症，體重也驟降。直到去年11月，羅女終於找到陳男，要陳男簽下切結書，承諾在今年農曆過年前要履行婚約，否則賠償200萬元。
 
陳男要法官解釋，當初雙方父母碰面，沒談到任何結婚事宜，沒具體說到結婚日期，只是雙方認識聊天，而去年簽下的切結書則是被迫的，因為不簽就走不了。陳男說，他是因為雙方個性、生活理念不合而逐漸疏遠，羅女長期以電話、簡訊騷擾他和家人。（林師民／新竹報導）
