歐洲股市周三上漲，展望基輔與墨斯科將達成烏克蘭東部停火協議，為利多。

俄羅斯總統普丁周三證實，他與烏克蘭總統同意烏克蘭東部基輔軍隊與支持俄羅斯的分離分子的停火計劃草案。該計劃的最終協議，可望於周五在明斯克的談判中達成。

烏克蘭總統Poroshenko辦公室說，Poroshenko與普丁已達成在Donbas地區永久性停火協議。克里姆林宮則說，僅討論了和平進程，非停火協議，因俄羅斯並非交戰的一方。

市場反應：烏克蘭總統聲明公布後，股市上漲，但隨後削減漲幅。歐洲Stoxx 600指數收高0.7%至344.97。德國DAX指數上漲1.3%至9626.49。

俄羅斯藍籌股反彈，MICEX指數大漲3.5%至1449.29。

盧布上漲，報36.8734兌1美元，周二為37.4426。歐元兌美元上漲，而後回檔，接近周二水準。

Markit公司公布，歐元區8月服務業指數為53.1，預估為53.5。

在巴黎，法國CAC-40指數上漲1%至4421.87。在倫敦，英國FTSE-100指數收高0.7%至6873.58。
