災區里長 告榮化董座李謀偉

高市議員蕭永達昨（4）日率領氣爆受災地區里長們，赴高雄地方法院按鈴控告李長榮化工董事長李謀偉涉及公共危險罪，應該收押，防止串供、脫產。

高雄氣爆發生後，李謀偉3日曾召開記者會，對氣爆造成社會大眾不安首次道歉，但並不承認是肇事者，引發災區居民不滿。

昨日上午，蕭永達、鄭新助帶領災區多位里長及里民到高雄地方法院按鈴，控告李謀偉源公共危險罪，涉及最重可判無期徒刑的逸漏氣體致死罪，而非目前檢方偵辦刑責較輕的業務過失致死及業務過失傷害罪。

蕭永達表示，依據高雄市環保局說法，榮化明知丙烯外洩、沒通報、沒處置，若此一論點屬實，榮化應涉及公共危險罪嫌，內容為漏逸氣體致人於死，刑期七年以上至無期徒刑。
