惡賊趁火打劫 災民苦守家園

〔自由時報記者洪定宏、黃良傑、方志賢／高雄報導〕趁火打劫！高雄氣爆案發生後，網路盛傳前鎮及苓雅區有受災戶遭竊，警方昨晨在苓雅區逮捕偷機車的黃姓男子，雖然機車是在非災區偷的，但警方懷疑他準備在災區行竊，除依竊盜罪嫌送辦外，也加強災區交通管制及深夜巡邏。

三多路的受災戶強調，因鐵捲門被氣爆損毀，就算沒水電也不敢離開去收容所，所以晚上睡在一樓，有的暫時用儲櫃堵住，或索性跟鄰居徹夜在騎樓聊天，以防小偷侵入偷竊。

警方表示，苓雅區三多一路某受災戶前天報案，聲稱被偷約三萬元現金，但前鎮區的受災戶尚未報案，轄區派出所還在了解當中；警方得知有受災戶被偷現金後，立刻加派巡邏警網盤查，昨晨在武慶三路發現嫌犯黃金全（四十一歲，有竊盜前科），他辯稱拜託邱姓朋友載他去加油，員警清查黃嫌的機車是他的親戚日前通報失竊，當場將他逮捕。

另外，一名駐唱歌手蔡姓男子（三十一歲），好心轉貼氣爆言論，誤信友人LINE玩笑貼到自己臉書，網友轉載並在PTT討論，造成人心惶惶，高市刑大科偵組追出蔡男，他反問警：「有什麼問題？」蔡已涉違反社維法，可判三天拘役或三萬元罰金。

網路賤嘴男不少 警方將約談

在氣爆事件中的賤嘴男還不止一個！網路反制粉絲團近日揪出廖姓、楊姓、陳姓、黃姓、Lin網友，在社群網站留言「又空難又氣爆，看到那麼多人死滿爽的」、「死幾個高雄人又沒差」等，因已涉恐嚇公眾與侮辱災民之虞，高市警方將一一約談到案。
