【動新聞】車烤漆有爪痕　艇長打凹狗頭棄海邊

海軍151艦隊登陸艇隊481合群艇的艇長蔡姓士官長，因車烤漆有爪痕，疑是營區內的狗狗「阿水」所為，持鐵棒打凹狗頭，再叫士兵把丟棄到海邊，所幸部隊軍官發現後及時救回。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，「阿水」是隻3歲大公狗，由營區官兵們飼養，昨午動保處與動保團體將「阿水」送醫。獸醫師馮宗宏說，「阿水頭蓋骨被打到凹陷」，需留院觀察。高雄市動保處昨天獲報後，蔡坦承前天一時情緒失控，用鐵棒教訓「阿水」，深感後悔，軍方將行政懲處。

動保處代處長葉坤松表示，依《動物保護法》虐待動物者，可處1萬5000元至7萬5000元罰款，蔡虐狗事實明確將開罰。「阿水」康復後要送回營區或開放民眾認養，需再討論。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
