有人開中古車　核廠儲存槽也有中古的？

日本福島第一核電廠在去年10月發生高濃度輻射汙水外洩事件，現在有媒體踢爆，存放輻射水的儲存槽，有許多竟是中古貨。

日本《朝日新聞》報導指出，當時發生輻射水外漏的儲存槽，是屬於中古品，與這個儲存槽同樣是中古品的約有20個槽，但到至今都還在使用，而東京電力公司也刻意隱瞞該消息。報導指出，由於製造新儲存槽需要時間，但東電急著要用，因此先讓中古品「代打」，但至今東電也沒有將中古品做更換。

東電解釋，一般儲存槽的使用年限為5年，而中古品的使用年限也不會低於5年，因此才會繼續使用。但有不少專家質疑這項說法。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
