印尼大選 普拉伯沃不上憲法法院

印尼總統大選候選人普拉伯沃的律師說，普拉伯沃不會到憲法法院挑戰選舉委員會今天公布的計票結果。

普拉伯沃的律師告訴記者：「處理程序爭執不屬於憲法法院管轄範圍。」

目前仍不清楚普拉伯沃是否會向較低法院提出上訴。

普拉伯沃陣營稍早聲稱選舉出現大規模舞弊，不接受計票結果，預料將提憲法訴訟，由憲法法院裁定勝負。

普拉伯沃（Prabowo Subianto）今天稍早表示退出選舉程序。

普拉伯沃告訴記者：「2014年大選出現大規模、結構性和系統性的舞弊情事。」

印尼7月9日舉行總統大選，中央選舉委員會今天公布官方計票結果顯示，民主奮鬥黨候選人佐科威（Joko Widodo）以53.15%的得票率獲勝。
