張平沼判刑 群益金鼎證：權益不受影響

群益金鼎證券執行副總兼發言人譚得誠說，群益合併金鼎證券後，張平沼夫婦已未在公司擔任職務，不便為其發言。群益證券合併金鼎證券時，已釐清金鼎證券承做金鼎投信結構債的問題，這個案子造成金鼎證券的損失，也會反映在金鼎證券淨值中，群益證券合併金鼎證券，並不會受到這部分損失。

截稿前記者未能聯絡到張平沼，張平沼當年遭起訴時曾說，主管機構用行政命令要求處理結構債造成損失，但他與妻子陳淑珠及當時金鼎證副總房冠寶，都未得到一毛錢，卻被起訴，沒有公道可言。

譚得誠指出，金鼎證券承作結構債附賣回交易，風險性較小，但還是會有認定問題，不過，因承作結構債附賣回產生損失，在兩家券商合併前都已先行結算，群益金鼎證券權益不受到影響。
