小便出血竟是月經　結婚10年男子發現自己是女的...

中國浙江一名44歲的陳姓男子，日前因發現小便有血就醫，醫師檢查發現，男子所排出的血其實是經血，他體內有子宮和卵巢，當了男人44年後才知性別其實是女人。

據《浙江在線》報導，該名男子和妻子結婚10年，因自己小便有血且肚子疼痛，在妻子的陪伴下前往醫院。醫師檢查發現，男子沒有鬍子和喉結，外部生殖器和一般男性不同，但腹部有子宮和卵巢，且腎上腺有腫塊，懷疑是腎上腺性征異常症，腫塊可透過手術治療。

院方幫男子進行染色體檢查，發現染色體為XX，醫學性別為女性。該病例相當罕見，但早期發現可治療，只是患者44歲才發現異狀，已錯過最佳治療時機。（盧麗蓮／綜合報導）
