（中央社記者卞金峰桃園縣7日電）桃園地檢署依貪汙罪起訴龜山鄉長陳志謀夫妻；陳志謀否認貪汙，他說捐款是廠商主動提供，經費支出有收據證明，未假公濟私。

桃園地檢署今天依貪汙罪起訴龜山鄉長陳志謀夫妻；陳志謀中午表示，這筆新台幣200萬元捐款是廠商主動提供，並當做代表及村長聯誼經費，絕非他向廠商要求。

他說，這200萬元其中部分補助代表、村長出國替龜山少棒隊加油經費，部分提供代表及村長南部考察費，部分購買摸彩禮物費用，還有代表製作團體服裝經費；這些經費都有收據證明，每個代表及村長都清楚這筆經費的運用，絕未假公濟私。1030707
