標題[問題] 手機簡訊詐騙被盜用

不好意思幫朋友詢問 朋友在日前點了簡訊詐騙中的網址 疑似個資被盜用 在十天內傳了700多元的簡訊出去 也有人收到我朋友的詐騙簡訊打電話向我朋友求證才知道被盜用 但是打電話給客服客服只說要我們去報警 被盜傳的費用願意打九折 但還是得付款 因為目前帳單只到5/25的部分 還有約20天可能也寄了不少簡訊出去 是一筆不小的費用負擔 明天會去警局報警 想請問還有甚麼需要注意的 還有這筆費用真的無法跟電信業者溝通不支付嗎 有沒有人有相關經驗 打的有點急 如果需要甚麼資訊我也會一一回覆! 感謝各位大大 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.239.248.77 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1402585683.A.F09.html
