中越戰火一觸即發？　傳解放軍進入備戰

中越之間的南海主權爭議日趨緊張，香港商業電台引述「中國人權民運信息中心」消息指出，從今日凌晨開始，解放軍於中越邊境進入戰備狀態。

報導中表示，包括廣西及雲南的解放軍部隊進入三級戰備，官員全部取消休假。越南媒體《kenh13.info》同樣引述這則消息，大幅報導近日中國國防部長常萬全巡防雲南，強調維持國家主權，可能就是針對最近中越之間的緊張情勢而來。

美國白宮昨則是再度呼籲中越透過對話，而非暴力脅迫手段來解決南海爭議。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
