夫捐半邊肺救妻　日本完成肺移植手術

日本京都大學附設醫院，成功替一對夫妻進行左右肺部移植手術，成為全球第一間完成此項手術的醫療機構。

《日本新聞網》引述主治醫師伊達洋至教授的說法，這名居住在關西地區40多歲女患者，由於肺組織硬化導致呼吸困難，經醫生檢查後需切除左肺，其丈夫願意捐出自己右肺的一部份進行移植。不過，由於左、右肺部逆轉，血管的長度和方向不一，增加手術難度和風險。

為確保手術順利成功，醫生先製作3D模型，仔細檢查夫妻肺部、心臟和血管等位置，並於3月初正式進行手術。兩人經過兩個月時間觀察後，確定並沒有出現排斥現象，夫婦都逐漸康復，醫療團隊才對外宣佈手術成功。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
