藝人楊慶煌被控騎機車撞傷婦人，台北地院今天開庭，他低調出庭，以新台幣8萬6000元和被害婦人達成和解。

楊慶煌少年時以電影「在室男」的靦腆形象竄紅，曾演出電影「報告班長」等作品。

起訴書指出，楊慶煌在去年5月騎機車準備返家行經台北市松隆路巷口，不慎撞到一名牽著單車的洪姓婦人，洪婦右手骨折而提告，楊慶煌認為對方開價10萬元過高而未接受，雙方和解不成，台北地檢署依過失傷害罪起訴楊慶煌。

台北地院上午開庭，楊慶煌戴著眼鏡低調素顏，穿著運動外套和牛仔褲，宛如一般民眾，記者差點認不出。他在庭上和洪婦以8萬6000元達成和解。洪婦說要買房有資金需求，問他可否快點付款，楊慶煌則答，「要給我時間去賺」，最後雙方約定在下次開庭5月29日當面交款。

楊慶煌庭後受訪表示，這件事是小事，沒必要勞煩大家，自己不小心有過失，也因擦撞受傷，藉此給自己一個警惕。(中央社)
