偷過戶女友機車　代價15萬元

台中市一吳姓男子(42歲)與鄭姓女子2年前在台中市練武路租屋同居，鄭女向附近機車行分期付款購買一輛重型機車，去年兩人因故分手後，鄭女返回高雄居住工作，留下機車欲擇日取走。
 
吳因仍須用機車代步，竟於去年2月4日在未經鄭女同意下，擅用鄭女放在同居住所的印章和身分證件，先到機車行，幫鄭女繳清機車貸款後，找來代辦業者，提供鄭女印章證件，向台中區監理所辦理過戶登記在吳男名字，吳男因此被台中地院依偽造文書、侵佔等罪判刑5月，易科罰金要罰15萬元。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
