刀鋒戰士殺女友案　獲准做精神鑑定

已經審了兩個半月的南非刀鋒戰士皮斯托瑞斯(Oscar Pistorius)槍殺女友案，由於辯方證人稱皮斯托瑞斯可能有焦慮症，法院決定讓他進行為時一周的精神鑒定。

皮斯托瑞斯去年情人節在家中槍殺女友，事後宣稱他誤將女友當成闖入行竊的歹徒，主張自己無罪。但檢察官認為皮斯托瑞斯是在與女友爭吵後開槍，故意將女友槍殺致死。

承審法官表示，雖然她知道送皮斯托瑞斯去做精神鑒定又要讓這場審判拖的更久，但為公正起見，她還是同意做這個鑒定。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
