幼教師拚10年才領30K　「看不到未來」

「徵幼兒教師」貼在南投縣山姆叔叔幼兒園門口好幾個月。園長陳富山說，新人來了又走，很難留下人。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，陳富山說，依規定幼保科系畢業的學生，需先修師資培育中心學分，再實習半年，還要考取教師證，才能當幼教老師，但待遇低得可憐，私立幼教師待遇從20K要拚10年才能到30K，「幾乎看不到未來」。陳富山說，教育部的資源重心幾乎全放在大學，對幼教業者少之又少，「政府長期漠視幼教，是人才出走的主因。」（方翊倩／綜合報導）
