拜仁慕尼黑老闆 逃稅判3年半

德國慕尼黑法院今天判處拜仁慕尼黑（Bayern Munich）足球隊老闆赫內斯（Uli Hoeness）有期徒刑3年6個月。赫內斯逃稅2千多萬歐元。

法新社報導，慕尼黑法院法官海恩德（RupertHeindl）今天說：「以人民之名，赫內斯先生因所犯7項逃稅重罪而被判3年6個月有期徒刑。」

檢察官范恩格爾（Achim von Engel）稍早要求法院判處5年半有期徒刑。

現年62歲的赫內斯沉溺於投機股市和匯率，承認將財富藏在瑞士銀行帳戶中，逃稅2720萬歐元（約3760萬美元）。

不過，他的辯護律師說，他去年1月向當局自首，因此應可以減免刑責。
