中經院李淳示警：衝擊MIT產品大陸市占

兩岸貨品貿易協議談判傳出在工具機、面板、石化和汽車四大產業陷入僵局，加上服務貿易協議在立法院卡關，拖慢貨貿談判進度，中華經濟研究院WTO及RTA中心副執行長李淳提出警告，貨貿協議若未儘快談成，將削弱台灣產品競爭優勢，進一步降低在中國大陸的市占率。

李淳指出，大陸在世界貿易組織（WTO）入會時承諾的工業產品關稅高達9%，超過台灣承諾稅率的一倍，雙邊貨品進入條件相當不平等。因此才須藉貨貿協議降低彼此關稅，把雙方立足點調整一致。
