勞動部告關廠工人案，兩百多件移至行政法院審理。台北高等行政法院首件判決出爐，關廠工人勝訴了，但他們卻開心不起來。往生的關廠工人永遠無法得知這個結果，且法律上並未釐清這是貸款或是津貼性質，勞動部沒有道歉，對關廠工人而言即非全面的正義。另外仍有十人因臥軌案即將開庭，事情並未完全結束。...（更多）
