率團訪中被質疑？　林全：了解中國經濟實況

【吳家翔／台北報導】小英教育基金會執行長林全率團訪中5天，今回到台灣。林全表示，推動「台灣經濟發展新模式」是基金會的重要工作，為了深入了解中國經濟發展的實況以及未來策略，此行的主要目的是了解對岸在三中全會後，如何規劃台灣在全球經濟發展的戰略角色，以及將如何突破經濟轉型的挑戰。

去年7月，小英教育基金會｢台灣經濟發展新模式工作坊｣邀請中國銀行首席經濟學家曹遠征、對外經濟貿易大學金融學院院長丁志杰來台演講，探討人民幣未來發展走向課題。

林全表示，在丁志杰邀請下，我方組團回訪，成員包括幾位董事、監察人和政策顧問。此行以財經政策的交流為目的，前往對外經貿大學金融學院、負責財經政策研究與規劃的重要智庫及研究機構進行交流，並參訪天津濱海新區及數家大型民營企業。
