標題[請益] 售後產業(after sales service)

想請問版上有無在售後服務部門(after sales service, 一般稱 客服) 擔任service manager /service PM or service account manager之類職位的前輩? 不管是在ODM/OEM公司 or 專業service provider都可以。 在下(是妹但年紀已不小)之前擔任過幾年的service parts planner, 考慮轉型當service manager。 目前觀察x04，檯面上大概就 廣達/華碩 等有開出相關職缺， 但版上or認識的朋友大多是任職該公司工程相關職位，很少看到service相關訊息。 如有認識這些公司service部門or知道相關訊息的前輩， 不知可否就該部門工作內容or領導風格(重要)給予一些消息? 如願意私下聯繫也OK，thanks! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.9.129.15
