遣返回台　羅紹和盼葉玫坦然面對司法

【王烱華／台北報導】針對軍情局逃亡女軍官葉玫家屬質疑國軍沒有軍官的退場機制?國防部軍事發言人羅紹和澄清說，國防部對於軍官的退場機制，有相當完善的作為，而在軍官發生不適狀況時，還會先行輔導其適應部隊狀況，如果真的無法適應，才會讓其申請退伍。

羅紹和指出，依據《陸海空軍軍官士官服役條例》第15條規定，志願役軍官服現役期間申請退伍的條件，必須為服滿現役最少年限；或因病、傷或體質衰弱，經檢定不適服現役；或因年度考績丙上以下；或因個人因素1次受記大過2次以上，經人事評審會考核不適服現役者，可予以辦理退伍。

對於葉玫返台，羅紹和則希望葉玫能坦然面對司法，他說，葉玫還年輕，未來人生還有一段漫長的路，只要改過自新，革新觀念、態度，仍然可以重新再起。
