【簡志偉／嘉義報導】上午9點，空軍嘉義基地接獲國搜中心指示，一艘大陸籍貨輪航行嘉義西北面27海浬海域，船上一名大陸籍楊姓工人因左小腿開放性骨折，要求空軍救護隊執行吊掛勤務，協助送醫治療。空軍嘉義基地說，救護隊立即在9點12分出動編號7007的S-70C任務機，由正駕駛孔祥仁、副駕駛郭又菱和機組人員，自嘉義基地起飛，前往嘉義外海實施救援；任務機在10點50分返抵嘉義機場，隨即由待命的救護車將楊姓船工送往嘉義榮民醫院治療。
