澤普世找高通 合吃黑莓

彭博引述知情人士報導，準備與黑莓共同創辦人拉扎里迪斯（Mike Lazaridis）聯手收購黑莓公司的澤普世資本管理公司（Cerberus），正與晶片製造商高通（Qualcomm）討論加入合作收購黑莓事宜。

知情人士表示，高通將在評估黑莓財務狀況後做出決定。手機及平板電腦晶片最大供應商高通獲利主要來自專利授權，該公司持有專利領域涵蓋大部分無線網路基礎技術。

黑莓8月表示考慮接受收購後，截至目前已吸引多方潛在買主，儘管大多未提出具體收購提案。黑莓最大股東楓信金融控股集團（Fairfax financial）9月提議以47億美元收購黑莓，但並未透露收購合夥人或融資來源。雖然目前黑莓股價較楓信開出的每股9美元價碼低逾一成，投資人認為楓信的提案不會成交。

知情人士指出，專門投資不良資產的私募股權業者澤普世，已與黑莓簽訂保密協定，以取得黑莓財務相關資料。澤普世與高通發言人都拒作評論。
