標題[閒聊] 主管好像很沒安全感

最近發現一件事情, 部門內有人只要講電話(內線分機) 主管就會起身離開自己位置 跟在旁邊看 跟在旁邊聽... 客戶打來馬上跟到員工旁邊聽 部門助理打來問進度 順便閒聊一下 互相抱怨一下客戶 講個一分鐘剛剛客戶發生好笑的事情 主管也會起身來此員工旁邊聽..看看是哪個助理打來的.. 基本上 我所有信件都會CC給主管 要是客戶打來也會馬上去主管那邊報告進度 這樣搞得我壓力好大 還被客戶說幹嘛那麼嚴肅 說些好笑的事情妳都不笑... (因為客戶不知道我主管在旁邊阿...) 該怎增加主管的安全感呢? 他好像很不信任底下的員工.. 大家的主管會這樣嗎? 謝謝~ p.s主管當上管理職已有一年 沒有發生過出包的事情. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.70.70.187
