如果是"服務業" 我以顧客的角度來提供一些思考 首先,"年紀大動作就慢不如年輕人" 這句話絕對是一個假的議題 如果你這麼想,那不是針對"年紀大的人"而是"你個人自己" 那該調整的是你自己和年紀一點關係也沒有 舉我經常光顧的mos來說 我去的那家店裡有一位五十幾歲的歐巴桑 因為我都是預約餐去久了後 她連我姓什麼都知道 (其實這不難,但裡面三四個20-30y的沒有一位知道) 再者年紀大者因經歷多,遇到人多時會懂得"按捺" 而年輕人大多就是你排隊吧反正我一個一個來 年紀大的人在遇到同是年紀大的多了點同理心也較多耐心 年輕人也許體力真的比較好 但服務態度的"積極性"真的是看個人了 還有,價值是自己給的 在學習的道路上每一個人都是小學生 不要太在乎年紀的設限而忽視自己的學習態度 共勉之! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.105.102.171
