精神障礙男購物未付款　警查明後贈物資渡難關

【劉智維／高雄報導】高雄市旗山區一名患有重度智能障礙的男子，昨前往全聯福利中心購物時，未將款項付清即持商品離去，警方接獲報案前往了解並調閱監視器，發現是轄區內列管、患有重度精神障礙的低收入戶黃姓男子，釐清後在全聯福利中心人員諒解下不但未將黃男送辦，還與派出所同仁合資購買民生物品贈與黃男及其母親，讓人相當感動。
 
建國派出所所長蕭建昌表示，昨他們執行巡邏勤務時接獲通報表示，全聯福利中心有民眾購物後未付款即強行離去，他們查出黃男身分後前往其家中查看，發現黃男購物時是付款不足旋即離去，店家知悉黃男狀況後表示不願追究。
 
蕭建昌說，患有重度精神障礙的黃男家中是低收入戶，由於家中經濟困頓，他已兩天未進食，他即與派出所內同仁集資購買沙拉油、白米、泡麵等物資贈予黃男。
