【陳亮諭／綜合報導】SONY Xperia系列手機以防水功能著稱，高雄市旗山區1名楊姓男子向《蘋果》投訴，上月買Xperia Z手機，疑因充電時不明原因致高溫，機背鏡頭及周邊機殼因此熔化變形；台灣SONY Mobile公關經理林以理表示，將派原廠專員與楊姓消費者接洽。

《蘋果》報導，楊男上月8日在中華電信的神腦營業窗口，以1萬1000元續約優惠價購買1支SONY Xperia Z手機，本月3日上午欲以手機拍照時，卻發現畫面一片模糊，驚見手機鏡頭已熔毀。他研判，應是前晚就寢前充電所致，但強調，他使用均　SONY公司原廠配件，質疑是產品本身出問題。

林以理說，該品牌手機從未發生使用原廠配件、或正常使用下出現燒毀情形，他們將派原廠專員與楊姓消費者接洽，協助鑑定與維修，過程也會拍照存證以昭公信。
