中國蒜假冒越南蒜進口 　藍委要求嚴查

【何哲欣／台北報導】國民黨立委吳育仁下午與雲林蒜農共同舉行記者會說，中國蒜頭依法不能進口，但有糧食貿易商進口蒜頭，指產地在越南，實際上卻仍是中國蒜，原因是中國蒜頭往南進入越南，再透過特殊管道，輾轉取得越南的產地證明，中國蒜就可以冒充東南亞蒜頭，輸入台灣，海關卻無力查核。

吳育仁說，中國蒜假冒東南亞蒜在台灣上市後，每年利潤超過上億元，海關應要求糧商簽切結書，且除了產地證明外，還要附上產地地籍、種植面積等相關資料證明。

農委會農糧署作物組組長陳起祥說，是不是中國蒜，可透過微量元素與穩定同位素分析，一般也可以透過外觀來區分，會多鑑定中國蒜品種，請海關加強查緝。財政部關務署簡任稽核黃國珍說，若產地證明不明確，會透過駐外館處到現地查驗，若有產地不實，依法最高可處貨價5倍罰鍰。
