傳埃及官方將封鎖死傷人數

【綜合報導】今日埃及穆斯林兄弟會發起「憤怒星期五」抗議，已經傳出有超過60人死亡，但根據國外傳出的消息指出，埃及衛生部門將不再發出死傷數字。

自日前埃及軍政府發動血腥鎮壓以來，已經有超過600名民眾死亡，今日更傳出再有60人死亡，而半島電視台更報導今日死亡人數恐已超過150人。
