【更新】溫泉建案涉弊　麗寶董座訊後請回

廉政署接獲檢舉，基隆市政府核發知名建商麗寶集團溫泉社區開發案水權執照，涉及官商勾結弊端，基隆地檢署今指揮40位廉政官，兵分3路搜索基隆市政府工務處、河川水利科及建設公司，並約談麗寶集團董事長吳寶田、基隆市政府工務處長李銅城等8名官商到案，晚間移送基檢複訊後，吳寶田以證人身分獲請回，李銅城等官員仍以貪污罪嫌疑人身分偵訊中。
 
廉政署表示，溫泉社區的開發，依法須有挖井的水權執照，今年初，知名建設公司在基隆市信義區興建溫泉社區，雖取得水權執照，但廉政署發現核發過程有諸多不合常規的地方，因此於今天展開搜索、約談。目前全案朝違反《貪污治罪條例》圖利罪嫌偵辦中。（胡守得／台北報導）
