手機握鳥照露餡　男子替14歲少年尻槍

替中輟生DIY遭訴！基隆市1名25歲鄭姓男子，打零工為生，經常泡網咖，7月間鄭男在網咖內，看到1名14歲少年在玩遊戲，鄭男見少年脣紅齒白，年幼可欺，詢問得知少年與阿公、阿嬤住在一起，很不喜歡讀書，鄭男假裝好心要當他乾哥哥，除了贈送1支智慧型手機當見面禮外，還帶少年去吃東西，少年覺得乾哥對他很好，2人經常在網咖內玩在一起，鄭男慢慢取得少年好感後，便帶少年回自己住處，替少年「打手槍」，並合影拍下握鳥照。
 
基隆警方執行暑期青春專案，逐一清查各校中輟生名冊，得知少年隔代教養，經常蹺課，訪查時赫然發現少年手機內，竟有握鳥不雅照，經追查後才得知，是少年的鄭姓乾哥哥幫他手淫，無知的少年，還頻頻讚賞「他對我非常好！」鄭男向警方坦承「喜歡可愛的男童！」因知道少年的家庭處境，才待他像自己的親弟弟，警方將戀童癖鄭男依妨害性自主送辦，檢方偵查後起訴。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
