花蓮玉里鎮「天天開心」卡拉OK店下午傳出失火，打火弟兄們前往救災時，被縣議員潘富民發現許多設備都不堪使用，促請相關單位重視和改善。

花蓮縣消防局表示，下午2時左右玉里鎮「天天開心」卡拉OK店冒出濃煙，獲報後出動8個分隊12輛消防車、近60名警義消到場搶救，約40分鐘將火熄滅，所幸這家店晚上才營業，未釀成傷亡，起火原因正由警方調查。

花蓮縣議員潘富民到場關切，意外發現不少打火弟兄的配備不及格，有消防員穿著「開花」的救災鞋，在火場「趴拉趴拉」走，還有一名打火弟兄似乎沒有消防衣，穿著吊帶式服裝上陣，他拍下照片po上網。

不久po文在網路上引起熱烈討論，有人說這是「老問題了，現在才發覺……」；有人認為「消防員是人命、不是銷毀品，希望政府要把他們當人看」；也有人說「花蓮縣消防不管是裝備、車輛、人力都是問題，消防人力吃緊……」。

花蓮縣消防局救災救護第二大隊大隊長呂冠辰表示，消防員裝備問題將立即調查，並補齊。(中央社)
