洪家律師：與軍檢討論再抗告

（中央社記者郝雪卿台中9日電）洪仲丘案義務辯護律師團律師邱顯智今天說，對於洪案3涉案人被交保，律師團下週一將再跟軍檢平台討論，是否再提抗告。

陸軍下士洪仲丘死亡案，3名涉案人再度被交保，邱顯智上午受訪時指出，律師團對此結果表達不滿，下週一會再與軍檢成立的平台討論，是否再提出抗告。

邱顯智也質疑說，目前被偵辦的層級太低了，還有更高層的長官沒有偵辦，他還認為，軍檢展開偵辦的動作太慢了，很多證據已經沒有了，而且這個案子與其他案子不同的是沒有污點證人，如果有污點證人較容易偵辦。

邱顯智還說，全案要還原真相不難，因為相關涉案人都還在，律師團希望，也能跟接手偵辦的桃園地檢署建立平台。1020809
