高雄市區凌晨4時降下大雨，二聖與英明路口地區再度淹水，居民怨聲載道，紛紛外出關心災情。
 
即使加裝多部抽水機仍無法排洩積水，水淹膝蓋高，路邊停車駕駛趕緊駛離。咖啡店業者日前慘痛教訓，徹夜不睡戒備。踩在水裡擺攤張先生打電話討救兵說「拖鞋流走了」，相當無奈。
 
國軍與消防人員來回巡視，甚至搬運救生艇以防萬一。民眾掃水掃到手軟，家裡全泡水陳先生腳踩沙包，無語問蒼天，痛斥政府「不關心人民死活」。（林聰勝／高雄報導）
