男被狗嚇到摔傷　路人拍照「一起告」

南投縣王姓男子騎腳踏車被狗狂吠，導致他摔傷，邱姓路人拿手機拍照，王男控告飼主過失傷害，同時告邱姓路人侵犯隱私。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，檢察官日前開庭，王男和飼主都不退讓。檢察官說，騎腳踏車跌倒一點小傷，賠錢就可和解，還上法庭扯這麼久，「連路人也告進來」，浪費司法資源。王男說，明明是飼主的錯，卻不願賠償。邱姓路人還幸災樂禍，他受傷被拍個不停，才連邱姓男子一起告。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
