知名廣告人葉兩傳妻子賴郁芬，以和法興業董事長身分，指示前財務長張淑娟開立3張支票，作為資金調度，張女為掩飾挪用支票之事實，向賴女謊稱支票遺失，賴女報警。林姓男子取得支票後，向銀行提示遭拒被控侵占罪，反控賴女涉嫌誣告；檢方認為賴女信任部屬所言才報案，對賴女處分不起訴。張淑娟涉侵占另案偵辦。
