中部4縣市心智障礙者太鼓競技比賽

苗栗縣智障福利協進會今天在國立苗栗特殊教育學校大禮堂，舉辦「歡心鼓舞~心智障礙者鼓藝競技活動」，共有中部地區8支心智障礙者太鼓隊參加，經過一個上午的競技，台中市自閉症教育協進會勇奪第一，地主的苗栗縣智障福利協進會、自閉症協進會、幼安教養院，分居二、三、七名。

苗栗縣智障福利協進會總幹事林素珠說，比賽提供舞台，證明心智障礙者學習才藝，也能展現自信，破除一般人刻板印象，心智障礙者也能夠創造無限的可能。
