通緝犯搶槍拒捕遭擊斃　家屬控警殺人

【王勇超／高雄報導】楠梓分局警員王永豐、鄭俊傑8/3下午追捕竊盜通緝犯林姓男子（35歲），林男拒捕與警方發生拉扯，警方說林男趁機出手奪槍，警員開3槍還擊，2槍打中右大腿、1槍打中右下腹，林男送醫不治，另名警員遭流彈波及受傷。昨日檢警會同法醫對林男進行複驗，家屬當場對兩警提出殺人罪告訴，要求檢方查明王、鄭是否執法過當、用槍時機是否正確、有無構成殺人要件，及是否有過失致死嫌疑。楠梓分局分局長李憲偉表示，尊重家屬提告權利，兩名警員因公涉訟，市警局也會請律師進行協助。
