移位成「幽靈」　水利局：真的不知有箱涵

高雄氣爆案究責，查出似肇事的榮化丙烯管線，是現任副市長吳宏謀在水工處（水利局前身）水利設計科長任內發包的排水幹線工程，他表示，相關資料已送檢調，尊重司法調查。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，吳宏謀表示，該箱涵和原始設計圖的位置北移了20公尺，相關設計、竣工圖資也找不到。高雄市府綜合所有蒐集的圖資，判定氣爆箱涵應該是1991年至1992年崗山仔二之二號道路排水幹線工程。

水利局副局長廖哲民強調，真的不知道有該箱涵，否則一定會列入巡查範圍；又因該區域箱涵都位於「感潮段」（河段會受潮汐影響），每天箱涵內都有水，除非有淤積，才會派員下去箱涵內巡查。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
