嬉笑恣意射殺我漁民　菲海巡殺人罪起訴

【綜合報導】菲律賓海巡3個月前攔檢我漁船廣大興28號，開槍濫射打死船員洪石成案，我檢方昨首度公布菲國行兇者開槍畫面，過程中，菲海巡持自動步槍和重機槍恣意掃射，還回頭和隊員嬉笑。

昨雙方公布調查結果後，屏東地檢署將開槍的菲國海巡船指揮官和隊員共8人依蓄意殺人罪起訴；菲國特使今將抵台赴洪家道歉，我外交部昨隨即宣布將儘速解除禁止菲勞來台等11項制裁。
