何：如他與黃天任夫妻私交 願受羈押

軍高院今晚重開羈押庭，副旅長何江忠說，黃天任是大他2期的學長，他是58期，黃是56期，「與媒體報導落差很大」，另外，他與黃天任從未在外面吃過飯，他與妻也不認識黃天任的妻子，根本談不上交往。

他說，如果媒體可以舉證他與黃天任夫妻有任何交際應酬，「我願意現在就接受羈押」。

黃天任妻為國軍804桃園總醫院體檢中心參謀施秋桂。
