【綜合報導】國防部長楊念祖今晚閃電請辭，國民黨立委蔡正元在臉書嘆說，馬江是「屋漏偏逢連夜雨」。
 
蔡正元說，「國防部長楊念祖辭職！因事涉論文抄襲，上任未僅一星期，令人搖頭嘆息。馬英九政府、江宜樺內閣，屋漏偏逢連夜雨！」
